How and when Imagination & Eco Modeling is applied affects the success of available innovation and creativity. In this office imagination is always on.

To illustrate our brand of “imaginating”, MDD developed The Mandala model, a nine step representation of the creative process in a working environment. The nine steps are reflected in the information options on this site as you view project samples. (The AUA History Project in Publications is a good example.)

A related tool, based on Eco Modeling developed by Dr Edward Clark, provides a visualization of a balanced program, including feedback for promoting image, products, and services; a map of “moving parts” every healthy organization or process possesses. Labeling the model using a clients project and/or process can reveal missing pieces or misaligned activity and expectations.

Imagination is present from the beginning, and perpetually encouraged in any successful ongoing process. The Japanese refer to this as kaizen, continuous improvement.
