“Letterpress design thinking” informs the process I use for creating and implementing strategies and graphics. Technology may allow us to change and revise what we do quickly and ad nauseam, but it is a poor excuse for not knowing what we are doing in the first place. The gift of letterpress design is the discipline it instills to be mindful of the entire process (the entire product or message cycle), and then to be thorough and efficient in your follow through.
The message is timeless. It works on handmade paper with hand set type, or with the polymer plates seen here, or e-blasted into the cloud of cyberspace.
