Stabilize use of the exiting logo and create a comprehensive communications program.
The image equity built up over the 23 year history in the Evanston community provided a strong core of recognition. This core would be important as the organization develops strategies for outreach and initiatives to support the K-12 arts programs and opportunities in Evanston, Ill.
With multiple channels coming online in the communications toolbox, the messages were broken down into component parts and targeted at diverse audiences using print, presentation, point of contact scripts, e-blasts and the new web site.
The potential good created within the community, and the potential good will gained through participation, set in motion a dynamic with unknown limits for a win-win multiplier affect.
Communications becomes critical to keeping stakeholders informed, and maintaining the feedback that powers participation and growth.
